Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The director-general may give an applicant mentioned in section 11H (1) a written notice requiring the applicant to give the director-general stated further information or documents that the director-general reasonably needs to decide the application.
(2) If the applicant does not comply with the requirement, the director-general may refuse to consider the application further.
