Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a child participating in a training alternative stops attending the training alternative provider because the child has been suspended from attending the provider.
(2) The child's participation in the alternative is taken for this Act to continue during the suspension period.
