EVIDENCE (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1991 - SECT 5

In this part:

"court" means—

        (a)     the Supreme Court; or

        (b)     the Magistrates Court; or

        (c)     the Coroner's Court.

"Magistrates Court" includes the Childrens Court.

"proceeding" means a proceeding to which this part applies.
