Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The chief health officer must make arrangements for people to inspect a food business register and buy a copy of part or all of it.
Note A fee may be determined under s 150 for an inspection or purchase under this section.

The chief health officer may publish all or part of a food business register
in any way that the chief health officer considers appropriate.
Note A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation, the food standards code and any approved code of practice (see Legislation Act, s 104).
