Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If an appropriation is made for a directorate, territory authority or territory-owned corporation by an Appropriation Act other than the first Appropriation Act for a financial year, the budget for the directorate, authority or corporation is amended in accordance with—
(a) the supplementary budget papers presented to the Legislative Assembly under section 13 (1) in relation to the bill for the Act by which the appropriation was made; and
(b) any statement presented to the Legislative Assembly under section 13 (4) (b) in relation to the bill.
(2) In this section:
"budget", for the directorate, territory authority or territory-owned corporation, means the budget for the directorate, authority or corporation for the financial year presented to the Legislative Assembly under section 10 (b) or (c) (Budget papers) and, if the budget has been amended under this Act, the budget as amended.
