FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACT 1996 - SECT 3B

Declaration that certain bodies are not territory authorities for Act

    (1)     The Treasurer may declare that a stated body is not a territory authority for this Act or a stated provision of this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
