GAMING MACHINE ACT 2004 - SECT 152A

External visibility of gaming machines

    (1)     A licensee commits an offence if a gaming machine, or any peripheral equipment for a gaming machine, can be seen from outside the licensed premises.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence.
