GENE TECHNOLOGY ACT 2003 - SECT 176

Pt 11 not to abrogate privilege against self-incrimination

Note     The Commonwealth Act, s 176 preserves the privilege against self-incrimination. This provision is unnecessary in the ACT. The Legislation Act, s 170 and s 171 deal with the application of the privilege against self-incrimination and client legal privilege.
