HEALTH ACT 1993 - SECT 18

Chair and deputy chair

    (1)     The Minister must appoint—

        (a)     a member to be chair; and

        (b)     another member to be deputy chair.

    (2)     An appointment under subsection (1) ends if the appointee is no longer a member.
