HEALTH ACT 1993 - SECT 27

Approval of special purpose QACs

    (1)     The Minister may approve a stated committee as a quality assurance committee for a stated purpose.

    (2)     An approval is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
