Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsIf a person makes a complaint about a doctor or dentist and the matter is referred to a scope of clinical practice committee, the committee—
(a) must not disclose the identity of the complainant to the doctor, dentist or any other person who is not a member of the committee; and
(b) if
the committee provides any information to a person about a complaint—may
provide information in a way that protects the identity of the complainant
unless required to do otherwise by this Act or any other Territory law.
