Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsAfter deciding what to do (including a decision to do nothing) in relation to a report, or an application for a condition review, the personal assessment panel must refer the matter to the health profession board that established the panel, and include in the referral—
(a) the information obtained by the panel; and
(b) a description of the assessment of the health professional; and
(c) what the panel decided to do and why; and
(d) whether the health professional agreed to the action proposed to be taken by the panel.
