Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, on written application by a licensed provider, authorise the provider to conduct an interactive game on conditions stated in the authorisation.
(2) If the Minister refuses an application, he or she must give the applicant written notice of the decision and the reasons for it.
