INTERACTIVE GAMBLING ACT 1998 - SECT 8

So far as the legislative power of the Assembly permits, this Act applies according to its tenor to—

        (a)     persons; and

        (b)     acts done, transactions entered into, events occurring and matters arising;

within or outside the ACT.
