Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commission may, by written notice given to a licensed provider, direct the provider to change the provider's approved control system within the period, and in the way, stated in the notice.
(2) A licensed provider must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(3) If a licensed provider does not comply with a direction under subsection (1), the approval for the licensed provider's control system is, by this subsection, cancelled.
