Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if a law (the amending law ) amends a law that has not commenced (the uncommenced law ).
(2) The amendment of the uncommenced law does not of itself commence that law.
(3) The amendment made by the amending law commences on the commencement of the uncommenced law.
(4) This section is a determinative provision.
