Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive officer may, in writing, approve a records management program for legal services records if the chief executive officer is satisfied that the program includes arrangements for the matters mentioned in section 69B (2).
(2) If the
chief executive officer approves a records management program, the chief
executive officer must give a copy of the program to the director of territory
records.
