Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The lessor is not entitled to change the core trading hours of the shopping centre without the written approval of the majority of tenants of premises in the retail area of the shopping centre (whether or not the premises are premises to which this Act otherwise applies).
(2) The initial fixing of core trading hours in a new shopping centre is not a change to core trading hours and is not affected by this section.
