Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) It is a statutory condition of a local practising certificate that the holder must not engage in unsupervised legal practice as a solicitor, until the holder has completed a period of supervised legal practice prescribed by regulation.
(2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to any other conditions that relate to engaging in supervised legal practice as a solicitor after any period prescribed for that subsection.
