MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 1930 - SECT 108A

If—

        (a)     a person is charged with an indictable offence; and

        (b)     the court has decided to dispose of the case summarily under a law in force in the ACT;

this part applies, so far as it is applicable, to the summary disposal of the case.
