Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsIf, by any law in force in the ACT, any offence is punishable on summary conviction or any person is made liable to a penalty or punishment or to pay an amount for any offence, act or omission, and no other provision is made for the trial of the person committing the offence, the matter may be heard and decided by the court in a summary way under the provisions of this Act.
