Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person must give security, whether as principal or surety, either by the deposit of an amount with the registrar, or by an oral or written acknowledgment of the undertaking or condition by which, and of the amount for which, the person is bound.
Note If a form is approved under the Court Procedures Act 2004 for this provision, the form must be used.
(2) Record of the security having been made may be provided by entry of it in the court's records.
