REMUNERATION TRIBUNAL ACT 1995 - SECT 19

    (1)     The tribunal may engage people having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to, or to perform services for, the tribunal for this Act.

    (2)     An engagement under subsection (1) must be made—

        (a)     on behalf of the Territory; and

        (b)     in writing.
