REMUNERATION TRIBUNAL ACT 1995 - SECT 20

    (1)     The Chief Minister may, in writing, determine the fees and allowances payable to members.

    (2)     A determination is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
