Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) After a residential tenancy agreement has been signed by both parties to the agreement, the lessor must give the tenant a copy of the signed agreement.
(2) A lessor is
taken to have complied with subsection (1) only if the lessor gives the copy
to the tenant within 3 weeks after the lessor receives the agreement signed by
the tenant.
