ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) ACT 1999 - SECT 83

Procuring use or hire of motor vehicle or trailer by fraud etc

A person must not procure the use or hire of a motor vehicle or trailer by fraud or misrepresentation.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
