ROAD TRANSPORT (THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE) ACT 2008 - SECT 219

In this part:

"third-party funds", of a licensed insurer, means—

        (a)     the funds of the insurer derived from the payment of CTP premiums for CTP policies; and

        (b)     from the investment of the funds.
