ROAD TRANSPORT (PUBLIC PASSENGER SERVICES) ACT 2001 - SECT 10A

Meaning of bus and public bus

In this Act:

"bus" means a motor vehicle built mainly to carry people that seats over 9 adults (including the driver).

"public bus" means a bus used to provide a bus service.
