ROAD TRANSPORT (PUBLIC PASSENGER SERVICES) ACT 2001 - SECT 39

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, determine the number of taxi licences or restricted taxi licences.

    (2)     A determination is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
