Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsA regulation may make provision in relation to the conduct of passengers being carried by demand responsive service vehicles, including, for example—
(a) the regulation or prohibition of eating and drinking; and
(b) the authority of demand responsive service vehicle drivers, police officers and authorised people to direct people contravening a regulation to leave a demand responsive service vehicle and to remove them if they fail to leave.
