Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The director-general must appoint a public servant as the Surveyor-general.
(2) However, the director-general must not appoint a person under subsection (1) unless satisfied that the person is, or is eligible to be, registered as a surveyor.
