SECURITY INDUSTRY ACT 2003 - SECT 29

Term of licence

    (1)     A licence is issued for the period (not longer than 1 year) decided by the commissioner and stated in the licence.

    (2)     A temporary visitor licence is issued for the period (stated in the licence) of the special event to which it relates.
