Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commissioner may give a relevant person for an application written notice requiring the person to give the commissioner stated further information or documents that the commissioner reasonably needs to decide the application.
(2) If the relevant person does not comply with subsection (1), the commissioner may refuse to consider the application further.
(3) In this section:
"application" means an application for the grant of a licence.
"relevant person", for an application, means—
(a) if the applicant is an individual—the individual; or
(b) if the applicant is an corporation—the corporation or an executive officer of the corporation.
