Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The register may include licence information given to the commissioner under this Act.
(2) The register may be kept in the form of, or as part of, 1 or more computer databases or in any form the commissioner considers appropriate.
(3) The commissioner may correct any mistake, error or omission in the register subject to any requirements prescribed by regulation.
(4) The commissioner may change a detail included
in the register to keep the register up-to-date.
