SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLES ACT 1977 - SECT 89

Requirement by commissioner or inspector

If the commissioner or an inspector is empowered by this Act to require a person to do anything, the commissioner or the inspector may make the requirement orally or in writing served on that person.
