TAXATION ADMINISTRATION ACT 1999 - SECT 108

If the commissioner makes a reviewable decision in relation to an objection by a taxpayer, the commissioner must give a reviewable decision notice only to the taxpayer.

Note     The requirements for reviewable decision notices are prescribed under the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008 .
