TRAINING AND TERTIARY EDUCATION ACT 2003 - SECT 113

    (1)     The Executive may make regulations for this Act.

Note     Regulations must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.

    (2)     The regulations may provide for the registration of details in the national register or the ACT register of higher education providers not otherwise expressly provided for in this Act.
