TRAINING AND TERTIARY EDUCATION ACT 2003 - SECT 9

    (1)     The Minister may give the council a direction about the exercise of its functions, but not about advising the Minister or reporting under the Annual Reports (Government Agencies) Act 2004 , section 6 (Annual report of public authority).

    (2)     The council must comply with a direction under this section.

    (3)     A direction under this section is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
