TERRITORY SUPERANNUATION PROVISION PROTECTION ACT 2000 - SECT 16

    (1)     The Treasurer may make superannuation management guidelines for this Act.

    (2)     A guideline is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
