Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a notice under section 109 or section 110 is about network operations that may affect a place or object registered, or nominated for provisional registration, under the Heritage Act 2004 , the utility must also give a copy of the notice to the heritage council at least 7 days before the day operations begin.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the operations are to be carried out in urgent circumstances in which it is necessary to protect—
(a) the integrity of a network or network facility; or
(b) the health or safety of people; or
(c) public or private property; or
(d) the environment.
