UTILITIES ACT 2000 - SECT 125A

Network protection action affecting heritage significance

    (1)     If a notice under section 125 is about action that may affect a place or object registered, or nominated for provisional registration, under the Heritage Act 2004 , the utility must also give a copy of the notice to the heritage council as soon as is practicable.

    (2)     If a utility acts in urgent circumstances as mentioned in section 125 (7), it must give the heritage council written notice of the action as soon as is practicable.
