Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The boundary of a network is to be ascertained in accordance with the relevant industry code.
(2) Without limiting the operation of subsection (1), the industry code may deal with the boundary of a network by reference to a point of connection between the network and—
(a) customers' premises; or
(b) any other network.
