UNCLAIMED MONEY ACT 1950 - SECT 3

Declaration of corresponding law

    (1)     The Minister may declare that a law of a State or another Territory is a law that corresponds with this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act .
