ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1991 (NO 20 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Administration and Probate (Amendment) Act 1991.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Administration and Probate Act 1929.1  
   3.      Section 75 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting “$30,000.00” and substituting “$100,000.00”.  
   4.      Section 77 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) “$30,000.00” and substituting “$100,000.00”.  
   5.      Section 87B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “$5,000.00” and substituting “$20,000.00”.  
   6.      Section 87C of the Principal Act is amended—
