ADOPTION OF CHILDREN (AMENDMENT) ACT 1991 (NO 71 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Adoption of Children (Amendment) Act 1991.  
   2.      This Act commences on the day on which the provisions of the Children's Services (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1991 commence.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Adoption of Children Act 1965.1  
   4.      Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from the definition of “Director” in subsection (1) “Welfare” and substituting “Family Services”.
