DENTAL TECHNICIANS AND DENTAL PROSTHETISTS REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 1997 (NO 107 OF 1997)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists Registration (Amendment) Act 1997.  
   2.      This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Dental Technicians and Dental Prosthetists Registration Act 1988.1  
   4.      Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2).
