DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1992 (NO 34 OF 1992)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Domestic Violence (Amendment) Act 1992.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Domestic Violence Act 1986.1  
   3.      Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following definition:“‘approved crisis support organisation' means an organisation approved under section 33;”.  
   4.      After section 32 of the Principal Act the following sections are inserted:
