INTERPRETATION (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO 43 OF 1993)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   2.      This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
   4.      Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (2).  
   5.      After section 6 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted in Part I:  
   6.      Subsection 14 (1) of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following definition:“ ‘Territory Crown' means the Crown in right of the Territory;”.  
   7.      Section 20A of the Principal Act is repealed.
