CITY AREA LEASES (AMENDMENT) ACT 1991 (NO 12 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the City Area Leases (Amendment) Act 1991.  
   2.      (1) Section 1 and this section commence on the day on which this Act is notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the City Area Leases Act 1936.1  
   4.      Section 11A of the Principal Act is amended—  
   5.      Section 11B of the Principal Act is amended—  
   6.      Section 11C of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted:  
   7.      After section 11C of the Principal Act the following sections are inserted:
