GAMING AND BETTING (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994 (NO 30 OF 1994)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Gaming and Betting (Amendment) Act 1994.  
   2.      This Act commences on 1 July 1994.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Gaming and Betting Act 1906 of the State of New South Wales in its application in the Territory.1  
   4.      Section 17B of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1) “or by telephone” after “meeting”.  
   5.      Section 19B of the Principal Act is amended—
